Electrical Selections
Tuesday 9th April 2019 This was our third and final Selections appointment. Doing the electricals was a good experience it really makes you think about the flow of the house. Where are you going to enter a room and want to turn on alight? are there multiple points in which you want to turn off a light? it was a nice way to start getting a feel for the house. We wanted the house to be done when moving in, we didn't want to have the build completed and then still have major work to do, so we decided to go ahead and get all the downlights we wanted so we didn't need to worry about electricians down the line. In the Ensuit, We added quad heat lamps with fully ducted extractor, prewire for 2 heated towel rails (we didn't fall for any of the ones Mcdonald |Jones had to offer and with the pre-wire, it really is a quick fix after hand over) In the main living/dining area, we did not want lights in the middle of the coffer so we added extra around the bulkhead and also ...
